Ceremony
Our wedding ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM, with doors opening at 4:00 PM.
Children are warmly welcome at the ceremony. The church offers:
- A quiet room and
- A lobby with screens streaming the service
If your little one becomes noisy or upset, we kindly ask that you step into the lobby or quiet room so everyone can enjoy the ceremony.
Reception
Following the ceremony, guests with reception details are invited to join us for a private cocktail-style reception at the Jack Guenther Pavilion at the Briscoe.
To honor the intimacy and capacity of our celebration, reception information is reserved only for those who received it directly.
We kindly ask that you do not share this information. Thank you for helping us keep this part of the evening as planned and personal as possible.
Parking
Guests may pay to park at the Riverbend Parking Garage, the closest garage to the venue:

Rideshare is also encouraged if you’d like to fully enjoy the evening.
Childcare
The reception will be an adults-centered celebration. If you need childcare during the reception, we are providing wedding nannies to provide a safe and fun space for little ones.
Childcare Details (5:30–11:00 PM):
- $50 for 1 child
- $10 for each additional child
Both nannies are experienced professionals who work with children daily and have completed background checks.
If you plan to use the nanny service, please complete the Google Form, linked here, by Friday, November 28. A $25 deposit will be required to confirm your childcare reservation.

Credit Card Guarantee: All rooms require a credit card to guarantee unless noted otherwise in the contract.
Duplicate Names: Include the additional guest's name for safety.
Cancellation Policy: Cancel 48 hours before arrival to avoid a one-night room and tax fee. No-shows will be charged to the card on file.
Deposits: Collected 24 hours prior to arrival for individual pay-on-own bookings.
Group Cut-Off Date: Please confirm your reservations by Friday, October 31, 2025. After this date, rooms not booked will be released.
